Balans Cafe is a Soho institution that is packed for seemingly every single one of the 24 hours it remains open, while Sanfords will happily serve you banana and chocolate chip pancakes at any hour of the day or night. Whether you could stomach such gloriousness during the wee hours very much depends on your constitution!
